One of the most effective means in such cases is lymphatic drainage massage. 13. Gua Sha Chinese Massage

Lomi-Lomi is one of the oldest massages. Its origins can be traced back to the Mairi massage, during which the inhabitants of the Hawaiian Islands performed ritual dances, so the Lomi-Lomi massage often resembles a dance.
From the Hawaiian language, "Lomi-Lomi" can be translated as "gentle touch of a satisfied cat's velvety paw". Lomi-Lomi is both a massage and a ritual at the same time. Thanks to it, not only physical and emotional comfort can be obtained, but also it is possible to transform consciousness.
Lomi-Lomi massage is very gentle and has an immediate effect. Its effect takes place simultaneously on three levels - physical, emotional and spiritual. During the massage, the body, mind and spirit are balanced.

16. "Chiromassage" For Body
