ITEC: During the individual program you can get prepared for the ITEC exam "Holistic Massage". You will be given both typical theoretical questions for the ITEC exam and you will get  help with  filling out the questionnaires and client forms that you need for the exam. You will  get prepared to perform the massage techniques as required by international standards for the exam.

  • Basics of Aroma Therapy - Indications and contraindications, main ingredients;
  • Basics of Body reflexology;
  • Insights of post isometric relaxation (PIR);
  • The test of the posture of the body.
